Magnetic eyeliner is used to stick magnetic eyelashes. You only need to apply eyeliner like usual and adjust the lashes. Our magnetic eyeliner contains ultra-fine magnetic particles that allow the magnetic eyelash to easily connect. The eyeliner is also smudge-proof and is used with a familiar brush. No need for any sticky glue!

How To Use:
1) Shake the magnetic eyeliner 20-25 times.
2) Apply magnetic eyeliner.
3) Wait 3-4 minutes for the eyeliner to dry naturally.
4) Absorb the magnetic eyelashes onto the eyeliner with Applicator or hand.
